2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 7–12 business days after processing, depending on your location.


3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat rate of $6.99 applies.


4. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.


5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original condition. Some items, like personal care products or custom orders, are not returnable. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.


6. How do I request a refund?

If your return is approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, processing may already have begun. Please contact us immediately at contact@goodlyever.com if you need assistance.


8. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.


9. Is my personal information safe?
